How Our Network Works
Talk to a local provider
Who You Talk To
When you reach out, you end up talking with an independent pest control or wildlife provider in our network. These are local businesses with their own trucks, tools, and schedules. Phoenixaside Pest Control does the matching. The provider does the work.
What Happens After You Reach Out
Here is the usual path:
- You describe the problem: what you saw, where, and for how long.
- A provider asks a few follow-up questions.
- You talk about a visit window that fits your week.
- The provider inspects, explains the plan, and gives a written quote.
You can also Request a callback to check provider availability and ask a few questions before you decide.
What to Ask a Provider
A short list goes a long way. Try these:
- What do you think is causing this, and how did you find out?
- What will the treatment or removal involve, step by step?
- Are the products safe around kids and pets? How long should we stay out of the area?
- Will you close up the entry points, or only treat the problem?
- Is there a follow-up visit, and is it in the price?
- Can I get the quote in writing?
- Are you licensed and insured for this work in Ohio?
If an answer is vague, ask again. A good provider will not mind.
You Are in Control
Sending a request does not lock you in. You can compare more than one provider, say no, or ask for a different plan. Prices are typically set by the provider and vary by job, so get the details in writing. Take your time reading each quote, and ask about anything that seems unclear before you agree to a visit.
Some policies may cover sudden damage, such as storm damage that lets animals in. Check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
